Come join us to learn to recognise bird sounds!
When: On Wednesdays from February – April

Where: Leankatu 4a, Pasila (on side of carpark).

February 25th – Passerine birds
March 4th – Ducks and waders
March 18th – Owls, hawks and gruiformes
April 1st – Woodpeckers and landfowl
April 15th – General re-cap
Together we will study common birds found in Finland, we will look at their characteristics as well as listen to their sounds. At the end of the evenings we will do fun quizzes to see how much we have learned!
These events are aimed primarily at youth (aged 18-29), but all ages are welcome. You don’t need to bring anything, and it is not required to attend all of the events. No sign up is needed, just show up!
The event will be in English, but you will get to learn the names of the Birds in Finnish as well.
